Tajawob App Launched to Public Services

The Tajawob mobile application was launched in September to expand access to the national Tajawob platform and provide flexible digital channels for a broad range of users. Available on the Apple App Store and Google Play, the app offers citizens and residents a simplified way to submit suggestions, complaints, reports, and inquiries about government services and track their status in real time.
Tajawob was first introduced in February this year, and has since been recognised as Oman’s official platform for suggestions, complaints, and reports. The platform brings together requests from more than 55 government entities in one place, and has processed over 80,000 submissions, increasing public participation in line with Oman Vision 2040 and helping improve transparency and government performance.
The launch of the mobile app underscores ongoing efforts to improve the quality of government services, empower citizens and residents to take part in their development, and foster greater trust in public services.
