The Government Unified Portal gives you quick and easy access to all government e-services in Oman, saving you time and effort.

The portal also allows you to view the pages of government entities, learn about their services and how to complete and benefit from them, and access the latest government updates and events.

2. Do I have to sign in to access the e-services in the portal?

Yes, signing in allows you to benefit from all the services and information the portal provides.

3. How can I activate digital certification (PKI) and start using e-services?

You can activate digital certification and access all government services by using one of the following methods:

  • Identity Card

  • Phone SIM card

4. Does the portal support Accessibility features?

Yes, the Government Unified Portal of government services is designed to meet the needs of all users, including people with sensory, physical, and intellectual disabilities and the elderly. It provides features that make it easier for them to browse, access services, and complete transactions easily and conveniently by:

- Text reader

- Guided videos

- Photo description

5. Does the portal offer a feature to search for a specific service?

Yes, you can search for any service you need using the search bar at the top of the page. You can also use the virtual assistant for more details about any service.

6. Are the services posted on this portal updated regularly?

All services provided via the portal are updated periodically to ensure efficiency.

7. Can I start the e-service steps and then save them so I can complete them later?

Yes, once you start the e-service steps, you can save them as a "draft" to be completed later.

8. What steps should I follow if an error occurs while browsing the portal or using its services?

We welcome your feedback and suggestions, which you can provide via the "Feedback  Center" link at the bottom of the page.

How can I make suggestions about the portal?

You can submit suggestions, feedback, complaints, and reports through Tajawob, the National Platform for Suggestions, Complaints, and Reports.

10. Can I apply for all the services electronically?

The portal allows you to complete electronic services and guides you through the necessary steps for in-person attendance services.

11. Is the portal the official alternative to government institutions’ websites for completing transactions and accessing services?

The portal aims to be a unified and comprehensive platform for delivering all government services; however, it is not currently a complete alternative for all services provided.
