Gov.om Launches its first Promotional Campaign

As part of the national efforts aimed at advancing digital transformation and ensuring effortless access to government services, the Ministry of Transport, Communications, and Information Technology, represented by the Digital Transformation  Program, has launched a nationwide campaign for the Unified Government Services Portal under the slogan “We Made It Easier for You.” The campaign highlights service integration across government entities through one portal designed to make life easier for citizens and residents.

The campaign reflects the Ministry’s commitment to enhancing the quality and accessibility of digital public services, improving user experience, and supporting efficiency and transparency in the government services.

A Unified Digital Portal

The campaign seeks to raise the public awareness about the Unified Government Services Portal and showcases how it can simplify everyday interactions with government. It invites the public to discover its features, be part of the experience, and share their stories through community-driven content. The campaign also seeks to increase the number of registered users on Gov.om and align communication efforts across government entities.

A Secure and Reliable Digital Portal

The campaign emphasises the unique value of the Unified Government Services Portal as the primary access point for government services and trusted information in the Sultanate of Oman. It enables users to complete their transactions online with ease, while keeping them informed with the latest news, events, and official updates from government entities. The campaign also highlights the portal’s strong focus on security and privacy, powered by advanced digital infrastructure and rigorous cybersecurity standards that safeguard users’ data at every step.

Raising Public Awareness

The campaign encourages citizens to play an active role in Oman’s digital transformation by sharing their feedback and suggestions on digital services. This collaborative approach helps enhance service quality and ensures that solutions continue to evolve in line with the needs of the community.

Digital Government Integration

The Unified Government Services Portal comes as a response to the Royal directives to make all government services available through one national digital portal. It also supports Oman Vision 2040, which focuses on the importance of digital transformation and providing smart services with high efficiency and quality.

This initiative is considered an important step toward achieving digital government integration, enhancing the competitiveness of the national economy, and offering innovative and easy-to-use digital services for citizens and residents.
