Hayah Platform Supports Addiction Recovery

In a step that reflects the collaboration among government entities to address social challenges related to drug addiction, Hayah was launched as a digital platform dedicated to addiction treatment and providing psychological and social support with full confidentiality and high reliability.
The platform is a joint initiative by the Ministry of Social Development, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation, Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs, Ministry of Information, and Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth. It offers free fully online services that cover every stage of recovery, starting from awareness and guidance before treatment, to counselling and support during treatment, and post-treatment care to ensure continued recovery and prevent relapse.
Hayah provides diverse services including medical, psychological, and legal consultations, rehabilitation programmes, family support, educational resources, and aftercare for recovered individuals. It also aims to raise public awareness about the dangers of addiction and promote prevention to build a stronger and more informed community.
Users can reach specialists confidentially for psychological and social support through the free hotline 1110 or via instant messaging on www.hayah.om.
