The “Complaints and Reports” service is available online

As part of its efforts to strengthen community partnership in protecting public fund and promoting the principles of integrity and transparency, the State Financial and Administrative Audit Authority provides a “Complaints and Reports” Window through its website and mobile application. The Window enables members of the public to submit complaints and reports concerning financial and administrative violations within entities subject to the Authority’s audit and falling within its mandate.
The Window provides a reliable electronic channel for receiving and processing complaints and reports in accordance with approved procedures and mandates, while maintaining the confidentiality of related information and data. This enhances public confidence in audit mechanisms and supports efforts aimed at curbing unlawful practices.
The Complaints and Reports Department within the Directorate General for Integrity and Anti-Corruption is responsible for reviewing complaints and reports, including those concerning negligence or failure to properly perform official duties, in accordance with the established mandates and procedures. Anonymous complaints and reports may also be reviewed where they contain facts and information warranting consideration, while complaints and reports falling outside the Authority’s mandate will not be considered.
The digital service has undergone continuous development, including enhancements to the mobile application, with the aim of improving ease of use, raising service quality, and meeting users' needs, thereby enabling complaints and reports to be submitted through accessible digital channels.
This Window underscores the important role of members of the public in contributing to the protection of public fund and the promotion of integrity by reporting practices and violations falling within the Authority’s mandate, thereby supporting national efforts to foster a culture of accountability and transparency in the workplace.
