Ash Sharqiyyah South Advances Digital Automation with Jahiz

Ash Sharqiyyah South Governorate continues to enhance its institutional work environment and advance digital transformation through Jahiz, a digital automation platform developed in-house by national talents. The platform aims to standardise procedures, automate institutional services, improve operational efficiency, accelerate workflows, and strengthen transparency and governance.

The platform enables digital management and real-time tracking of requests and transactions. It also provides periodic statistical reports, smart dashboards, structured digital archiving, and digital signature integration, while supporting artificial intelligence to improve the efficiency of institutional operations.

Jahiz also helps reduce reliance on paper-based transactions, improve the quality of data and reports, strengthen integration and collaboration across administrative divisions, support decision-making, and shorten processing times for requests and transactions.

The platform forms part of the Governorate’s efforts to build an integrated digital work environment and adopt flexible, secure, and scalable technological solutions that meet institutional needs and keep pace with digital transformation requirements, ultimately enhancing the quality and efficiency of government services and performance.
