Special conditions
- Application Language: Applications must be submitted in English only
- Current Students: Students enrolled in undergraduate, master's, and doctoral programs are eligible to register for the competition.
- - PhD Holders: The degree should have been obtained no more than 5 years ago.
- Master's Certificate Holders: The certificate should have been awarded no more than 7 years ago
- - Bachelor's Degree Holders: The degree should have been obtained no more than 10 years ago.
