- Providing the service in case the trees cause health or environmental harm or obstruct the delivery of services
- Not to cut palm trees
- Not to cut the trees inside the house
- Not to cut and transport the trees of Ghaf, Samar and Sidr from outside the house
- If the branches are connected to the electrical wires, the applicant must contact the electricity company
