Special conditions
- It is required that the institution be Omani.
- The locations of existing fish markets and those included in the construction plan must be considered, and fish-selling outlets are prohibited near them, as the distance between the outlet and the market must be at least 2 kilometers from all sides of the market.
- The opening of fish-selling shops in fish market buildings is prohibited.
- It is required that fish marketing outlets are not concentrated in a single location, as much as possible.
- The merging of activities such as (selling meat and poultry) with the sale of fish is prohibited, and these activities are considered separate.
