- The applicant must be registered in the Small and Medium Development Authority’s database. - The owner of the institution must be Omani. - To have an existing project. - The data on the (SME Profile) page must be correct, up-to-date and complete, noting that the evaluation of the application depends largely on the accuracy of the data available on the page.
