This service enables you to access the archives and archived sources of information effectively and within the specified regulations, ensuring the availability of information to the concerned and interested parties.

Special conditions
- The beneficiary is allowed to use the computers available in the hall to search for the references of the documents they wish to access, and they can ask for assistance from the hall supervisor if needed
- The beneficiary is allowed to use the available paper research tools in the hall, provided they are returned to their designated places after use
- The beneficiary is allowed to request up to four files in one day, but no more than one file or documentary unit may be made available at the same time. The beneficiary must return the archives they accessed before requesting additional documents
- The beneficiary must maintain the arrangement of the archives in the file, and inform the supervisor of the exhibition hall of any file had been placed in the wrong arrangements
- The beneficiary is allowed to book one file for two consecutive working days, with the file to be returned to the hall the following day
- Following the rules and maintaining silence
- The beneficiary is obliged to leave the exhibition hall or the library if they were asked for any emergency reason
- Floppy disks and CDs are not allowed in the exhibition hall or library
- The beneficiary must handle the materials made available to them with care and is prohibited from drawing, writing on, folding, or causing any damage to them
- The beneficiary must inform beneficiary service supervisor when receiving any torn or deformed container
- The beneficiary is responsible for the materials made available to them until they return them to the beneficiary service supervisor in the same condition as when they were received
- Eating, drinking, smoking and using phones is prohibited in the exhibition hall or the library
- If the beneficiary violates the instructions, they will first receive a verbal warning, followed by a written warning, and, if the violation continues, will be banned from accessing the reading room or library for two weeks
