The Office of the Governor of South Al Batinah has introduced a digital window aimed at enhancing communication with residents across the governorate’s wilayats. This initiative provides citizens and residents with a platform to share their feedback, ideas, and suggestions directly with the governor’s office, fostering closer engagement between the public and officials.

The electronic form is available via the official South Al Batinah Governorate account on X. Users can easily access and fill out the required fields, including full name, ID number, address, contact number, and the subject of their message. There is also an option to attach supporting documents, images, or diagrams to clarify and strengthen their suggestions. This service aims to build a collaborative environment, enabling officials to listen to community ideas that contribute to the governorate’s development, while encouraging public participation in decision-making.

In alignment with Oman Vision 2040 and the national digital transformation plan, South Al Batinah Governorate is also preparing to launch its e-portal. The platform will soon allow users to access various digital services efficiently, such as applying for permits and licenses, tracking transaction statuses, making payments, and more. This move seeks to enhance service delivery, increase user satisfaction, and promote transparency in government procedures.
