This service enables foreign communities residing in the Sultanate of Oman to establish a social club or a branch of a social club, allowing them to conduct their activities in accordance with the terms and regulations approved by the Ministry of Social Development.

Special conditions
- All founders must have the same nationality and have legal residency in the Sultanate of Oman.
- Paying a fee of 10 OMR upon submitting the request.
- Filling out the registration form for a community association or social club.
- Basic regulations for the club.
- The number of founding members must not be less than 100, and their ages must not be less than 25 years.
- The number of members of the foreign community residing in the Sultanate of Oman should not be less than 2000 people.
