This service enables you to file a statement of appeal within (15) days from the day following the issuance of the judgment or decision before the appellate court (Court of Appeal). It may also be filed before the court that issued the judgment or decision being appealed.

Special conditions

  • Submitting the statement of appeal along with a certified copy of the first-instance judgment, a legal power of attorney for an authorized lawyer before the Court of Appeal, and payment of the applicable fees and bail, if required
  • The requirements are in accordance with the Civil and Commercial Procedures Law and other laws related to sharia appeals, such as the Personal Status Law, etc.
