Special conditions

• The license applicant must be of Omani nationality
• The license applicant must hold an academic qualification of at least a bachelor's degree, with the specialization in the same field
• A certificate of non-criminal record
• Submit a certificate from an official authority at the main office (home country) of the foreign partner, confirming the company's or institution's continuous operation for no less than ten years in the same field, duly certified according to legal procedures.
• Submit a meeting minutes or a decision from the Board of Directors of the head office (home country) of the foreign partner, which includes the appointment of the Omani partner to be involved in the company to be established, the designation of the share to be involved, a commitment to assume responsibility for the share being participated in, and the appointment of an authorized signing manager
• Submitting a certified copy of the academic and professional qualifications in the same field to be practiced (for the authorized manager), with no less than ten years of experience after obtaining a bachelor's degree
• Submit the company's founding contract at the main office, duly certified
• Submit the most recent financial statement of the company at the main office (home country), duly certified
• Provide a brief summary of the company's activities in the same field during that period
