• Filling out the application forms for the appointment by the school, approved by the school owner and the school's appointment committee. • Attaching a copy of a valid passport for expatriates • Attaching a copy of the national ID card for Omanis / resident card for expatriates, if applicable • Attaching copies of the original academic qualifications, approved by the competent authorities • Attaching copies of the transcripts of subjects and grades for the academic qualifications (usually required if the title of the academic qualification specialization does not match the specialization associated with the job title) • Attaching copies of the original certified experience certificates. • Attaching a copy of the original language proficiency certificate (IELTS or TOEFL) at the required level for jobs related to teaching in English for non-native English speakers • Attaching a copy of previous appointment approvals in the Sultanate, if any • Attaching a copy of the training course certificates related to the required job, if any • Attaching evidence of the end of the employment contract or a release from the current school for those transferred from other institutions within the Sultanate.
