Change Educational Institution for External Scholarship Students
The service allows you to change educational institution if you were a student at higher educational institutions inside and outside the Sultanate of Oman for the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The application must include acceptance from the desired institution in the same specialization and a clear study plan of the new university.
