Special conditions
- The student must have achieved the required cumulative GPA for each program
- Completion of the foundation program
- Studying the first semester of the program
- The student must not have completed more than one academic year in the current program or specialization
- There must be a vacancy in the program or academic specialization that the student is seeking to transfer to within the same branch
