Change the Use of a Residential Land
This service enables you to change the use of residential land (excluding agricultural land) and receive a new title deed and Survey plan (krooki) with the updated land use

- If you are applying on behalf of the landowner: a valid power of attorney.
- Approval letter from the landowner or all co-owners for the change of land use.
- Survey plan (krooki).
- Copy of the title deed.
- ID card.

Special conditions
- Your land must meet the requirements for openings, ventilation, access points, parking spaces and accessory structures.
- Your land must be affected by neighbouring properties, either because of their land use or building heights, or because they do not comply with the permitted use or height.
