- Submit a written complaint to your service provider via email, fax, mailbox, or visiting one of the halls.
- Keep a copy of the complaint with the date and employee’s name if possible.
- Five days must pass without reaching a solution, or reaching a solution that the beneficiary is not satisfied with.
