Create New Commercial Registration for Limited Partnership Company
This service enables you to apply for a business registry (partnership company), which is a company consisting of two categories of partners: 1. One or more general partners shall be jointly liable in all their funds for the company's obligations. 2. One or more limited partners shall be liable for the company's obligations based on their participation in the capital. The amount of such participation shall be determined in the constitution documents. You can apply through "Invest" platform easily or through service offices.
