- If the contract is residential, there are no specific requirements as long as there is mutual consent between the parties. However, if the property is located in a residential area designated for families, consideration must be given to avoid housing single individuals in the area
- If the contract is commercial, industrial, or professional, approval from the Health Affairs Department for the location is required
