Easily Modify the Data of Active Projects

As part of the Ministry of Labor’s efforts to empower national talents and enhance the services provided to employers, several e-services have been introduced through the Ministry’s website, bringing the total number of digital services to over 30.
One key service is the digital amendment of project data, enabling employers to update registered project details such as the project name in Arabic and English, project value, start and end dates, and attached documents like the survey drawing (krooki) and permits.
To use this service, the project owner logs into the Ministry’s website, selects the “Projects” icon, then chooses “Project History” and the project to be modified. The process involves four steps: applicant’s information, project details, uploading new documents, and reviewing the request before final submission. Processing time depends on meeting all ministry requirements and providing the necessary documents.
After submission, the Ministry’s specialized department reviews the request and issues a decision. Applicants can track the status through the “Project Request List” window. This digital service allows employers to update their project data efficiently, saving time and avoiding fines.
