Enroll in Lawyer’s Register
You can enroll as a qualified lawyer in the Ministry's Lawyers' Register. Enrollment may be in one of the following registers: the general register, the trainee lawyers register, the register for lawyers before primary courts and equivalent, the register for lawyers before appellate courts and equivalent, the register for lawyers before the supreme court, or the register for non-practicing lawyers.

Special conditions
- Must be of Omani nationality.
- Must be at least 21 years old and possess full legal capacity.
- Must hold a degree in Sharia or law from a recognized university or higher institute.
- Must have a good reputation, with no previous convictions for felonies or misdemeanors affecting honor or trustworthiness, and must not have been dismissed from a position for such reasons unless officially rehabilitated.
- Must not be employed within the state’s administrative apparatus, companies, banks, associations, or by private individuals.
