Establish a Residential Unit/Units on Agricultural Land
This service enables you to build a house on agricultural land, with the construction area determined based on the size of the agricultural land in well-irrigated areas only.

Required documents
- A letter from the landowner or their agent
- A copy of the power of attorney if the request is submitted on behalf of the owner, along with the original document
- A copy of the legal heirship certificate if the applicants are heirs, if applicable, along with the original document
- A copy of the ownership deed / survey drawing (Krooki)
- Personal ID card
- A copy of the well inventory certificate (if available)
