File a Request for Rehabilitation
This service allows for the submission of a petition for rehabilitation filed by a person convicted of a felony or a misdemeanor involving dishonesty or breach of trust. The petition is referred by the Public Prosecution to the Criminal Court in accordance with the provisions of Articles (333, 335 and 336) of the Criminal Procedure Law.
