File Appeal Against Judgment in Civil Circuit
This service allows you to file an appeal statement within (30) days from the day following the issuance of the first-instance judgment, in accordance with Articles (204, 214, and 219) of the Civil and Commercial Procedures Law. The appeal must be submitted to the Court Registry along with proof of fee payment.

- Submitting the statement of contestation along with copies of the first-instance and appellate judgments, the legal power of attorney from an authorized lawyer before the Supreme Court, and payment of the bail fee
- Requirements in accordance with the Civil and Commercial Procedures Law, as well as other relevant laws related to the civil appeal, such as the Civil Transactions Law, etc
