File Appeal Against Judgment in Commercial Circuit
This service enables you to file an appeal statement within (30) days from the day following the issuance of the first-instance judgment, in accordance with Articles (204, 214, and 219) of the Civil and Commercial Procedures Law. The appeal must be submitted to the Court Registry along with proof of fee payment.

Special conditions
- Submitting the appeal request along with a copy of the first-instance of judgment, supporting documents for the appeal, personal identification, and the legal power of attorney if the appeal is submitted by an authorized lawyer. Copies of the appeal statement should be provided in the same number as the parties being appealed against, plus one additional copy for the Court Secretariat
- Requirements in accordance with the Civil and Commercial Procedures Law, as well as other relevant laws related to the appeal, such as the Civil Transactions Law, etc
