Special conditions
- The statement of appeal is submitted along with a copy of the first-instance judgment and supporting documents for the appeal, in addition to the personal identification of the appellant and the legal power of attorney if the statement is submitted by an authorized lawyer. Copies of the statement should also be provided in the same number as the respondents, along with one for the court's registry.
- Meet the requirements according to the Civil and Commercial Procedures Law and other laws related to labor appeals, such as the Labor Law and others
