File Appeal of Enforcement Judge's Rulings
This service enables you to file an appeal for rulings before the Enforcement Judge. The appeal statement is submitted to the court’s registry for rulings issued by the Enforcement Judge in substantive and provisional disputes if the value of the dispute exceeds 3,000 Omani Riyals, in accordance with the Civil Procedures Law.
