This service enables you to file a cassation appeal before the Sharia Circuit Court of the Supreme Court within (40) days from the day after the issuance of the appeal judgment, by submitting the statement of appeal to the court’s registry.

- Submit the statement of appeal along with certified copies of the first-instance and appellate rulings, the legal power of attorney of an authorized lawyer before the Supreme Court, and pay the fee and bail
- Meeting the requirements according to the Civil and Commercial Procedures Law and other laws related to Sharia appeals, such as the Personal Status Law and others
