- Submitting the statement of appeal along with certified copies of the first-instance and appellate judgments and the power of attorney for an authorized lawyer before the Supreme Court, and paying the required fees and bail
- Meeting the requirements in accordance with the Civil and Commercial Procedures Law and other laws related to the appeal, such as regulating the relationship between landlords and tenants of commercial and industrial establishments
