Special conditions
- Meet the requirements according to the Civil and Commercial Procedures Law and other laws related to commercial lawsuits, such as the Commercial Law, the Companies Law, and others
- Pay the fees by the parties using a card, and the lawyer through the entity's website
- Submit the request and send attachments electronically via the Lawyers' Portal if the party has appointed a lawyer for the lawsuit
- Attend the court in person and bring the lawsuit file
