File Forced Marriage Case at Supreme Court Sharia Division
This service enables you to file a suit of obstructing marriage (Adhl) by submitting the statement of claim at the court registry attached with a proof of payment of the required fees , a claim file is then opened, registered in the court records, assigned a number based on the date of submission, and scheduled for a hearing in accordance with the provisions of Articles (64) and (273).
