- Meet the requirements in accordance with the Civil and Commercial Procedures Law and other laws related to lawsuits before the Three-Judge Court, such as the Civil Transactions Law, the Commercial Law, and others
- Attend in person or submit the lawsuit through a lawyer via the Lawyers' Portal
- Submit the original statement of claim
- Provide the defendant's full data, especially their address
