File Rental Lawsuit
This service enables you to file a lawsuit in accordance with the provisions of Article (64) of the Civil and Commercial Procedures Law by submitting a document to be deposited to the Secretariat of the Court, accompanied by evidence of payment of fees. A file is opened for the lawsuit, and it is registered in the court records and given a number.
