Special conditions
- Meeting the requirements according to the Civil and Commercial Procedures Law and other laws related to Sharia lawsuits, such as the Personal Status Law and others
- Appear personally or through an attorney or representative
- Submit the request and send attachments electronically via the Lawyers' Portal if the party has appointed a lawyer for the lawsuit
- Pay the fees by the parties using a card, and the lawyer through the entity's website
