Freeze a Property

This service enables you to request a real estate freeze based on the following: a court decision in cases of legal, civil, or commercial disputes or claims over ownership; the real estate owner's desire; changes in planning requirements; a request from a governmental institution in case of a loan; or the Social Housing Law. Some cases require data update such as administrative freeze, while others require issuing a document like social housing purposes freeze.

Service steps

Special conditions

  • It is not allowed to add more than one personal freeze by the owner on the property
  • It is not allowed to add more than one court freeze with the same decision number and the same court on the same property
  • It is not allowed to add more than one administrative freeze with the same decision number and the same authority on the same property
  • It is not allowed to add a personal freeze on the property if another freeze already exists
