Get a Fishing Amateur License (Annual - Daily)
This service allows Omanis and non-Omanis to get a license to practice recreational fishing (annual/daily) using rod and line, provided that the fishing is non-commercial. The license covers individuals, tourist boats, and tourist ships.

- Data from the Navigational Permit for the Boat/Ship
- Commercial Registry Data for Marine Clubs, Institutions, and Companies (Tourism Trips for Fishing Enthusiasts).
- Photo of the Boat/Vessel
- Valid ID Card in the Case of an Individual
- Valid Authorized Representative Card in the Case of Companies.
- Data from a valid Resident Card (for Foreigners)
- Data from the ID Card for Omanis and GCC Nationals
