- The requirements apply as per the provisions outlined in the Law of Practicing Medicine and Dentistry, the related regulations and policies, as well as other laws related to trade, industry, and labor
- For GCC nationals, they must be residents of the Sultanate if they wish to fully invest in the project without an Omani partner
