Special conditions

  • The applicant must have a commercial register that includes fish trading and marketing activities.
  • The applicant must submit a bank guarantee of 5,000 riyals, valid for four months starting from the beginning of the season, which will be refunded one month after the end of the season.
  • The applicant must have a place or location that meets the conditions set by the competent authority.
  • For branches, it is sufficient to provide one bank guarantee for all licenses
  • The applicant must adhere to purchasing the clams from the approved location
  • The applicant must record the quantities of clams in the designated records
