Special conditions
- Must meet the qualifications and practical experience required in the professions for which they are to be licensed
- Must not have be suspended officially from practicing the profession
- Must be registered in the register of medical practitioners and allied medical professions
- Must have good conduct
- Must not have been sentenced for a felony or punished for a crime against honor or trust unless their reputation has been restored
- To be medically fit to practice the profession
- Must have completed the basic courses required for each profession
- Must have the vaccinations required for each profession
- Must not have been discontinuing practice upon submitting the application, in accordance with the durations and regulations set forth in Ministerial Decision No. 155/2023
- The license must not have been previously cancelled , unless two years have passed since the cancellation
