Special conditions
- Ready-made foods must be presented in their original packaging, and it is not permitted to be divided or served in anything other than their original packaging
- The permit is allowed to be issued for one trademark and for a period of one month only
- The display site must be clean and far from sources of pollution
- Food intended for tasting should be displayed in thermal containers, and cannot be displayed uncovered to the consumers
- All food items offered for tasting must be fit for human consumption, not expired, and conform to approved specifications and standards
- The promotion of any food products without a labeling card is not allowed. The labels must be in both Arabic and English and clearly visible to the consumer
- Strict compliance with all hygiene practices is required, including wearing gloves and a head cover, using tongs, spoons, and paper napkins, and maintaining overall cleanliness of the display area and its tools at the beginning, during, and after the event
- Providing only single-use spoons, plates and cups for serving tasting samples, along with waste bins for collecting used items
- All foods served as cooked dishes in tasting events for the public must be prepared in the kitchen of the facility where the event is held. Bringing in food cooked at other locations is not permitted.
