Get a Registration Card to Practice Brokerage Profession for the First Time
This service enables real estate brokerage companies to register in the list of approved real estate brokerage companies, and thus receive a license certificate for economic activities, as the list of approved real estate brokerage companies, brokers’ data, and brokerage licenses will be available to everyone on the ministry’s website.

Special conditions
- The legal entity must be an Omani institution or company licensed to practice brokerage in the fields (activities) of real estate with at least 80% Omanization percentage in brokers with at least a general education diploma or its equivalent
- The legal entity must be registered in the commercial register and a member of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry
- The legal entity must have a suitable headquarters or private office in its name in the Sultanate of Oman
- The natural person must be of Omani nationality or a citizen of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries
- The natural person must be at least (21) years old
- The natural person must not have been convicted of a crime that violates honor or trust or declared bankrupt, unless his reputation has been restored
