Get a Registration Certificate for Banks and Financing Institutions
This service enables banks and financial institutions to get a registration certificate through the Real Estate Development Services Center e-platform (Tatwir), allowing them to open escrow accounts and offer their services for projects subject to the escrow account system and off-plan unit sales, to establish and develop real estate development projects.
