Special conditions
- Install security surveillance cameras with a digital recording device that covers the external perimeter and parking lots, while securely storing the recording device in a special box within a safe room
- Ensure adequate night lighting is installed around the event location and parking areas
- Event or ceremony organizers must ensure that noise does not disturb nearby residents
- If the event or ceremony is held near mosques, ensure that sound does not reach outside during prayer times
- Regular maintenance and updates of the security system are necessary to ensure it operates continuously and fulfills its intended purpose effectively
