This service enables individuals and companies to register a marine unit temporarily within the Sultanate of Oman and obtain a temporary registration certificate until all permanent registration requirements are fulfilled, allowing lawful operation during the interim period

Special conditions
- The vessel must not be listed among prohibited vessels
- The applicant must be an Omani national or a resident
- The applicant must be the vessel owner or an authorized representative of the vessel owner
