- Companies and institutions can apply to compete (with corporate membership) for the lands offered in all regions, provided that the percentage of contribution of Omanis or citizens of Gulf Cooperation Council countries is not less than 30% in the company’s capital, except in areas where ownership is prohibited, where the percentage of contribution must be (Omanis only). Not less than 60%. The conditions contained in Royal No. 29/2018 and Ministerial Resolution No. 292/2020 apply to it
