Special conditions
- Companies and institutions may apply to compete (with corporate membership) for lands offered in all areas, provided that the contribution percentage of Omanis or GCC nationals is at least 30% of the company's capital, except for areas with ownership restrictions where the contribution percentage for Omanis only must be at least 60%
- The conditions outlined in Royal Decree No. 29/2018 and Ministerial Decision No. 292/2020 must apply
