Get a Usufruct Contract on the Tatweer Platform (Suggest Your Project)
This service enables companies subscribed to Tatwir platform and own an agricultural land to submit a proposal for a specialized project, specifying the area, governorate, and desired location to establish the project. The ministry evaluates the project in coordination with the relevant authorities at the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Water Resources as the project must achieve 70% of the evaluation criteria available on Tatwir platform.

Special conditions
- Companies and institutions may apply to compete (with corporate membership) for lands offered in all areas, provided that the contribution percentage of Omanis or GCC nationals is at least 30% of the company's capital, except for areas with ownership restrictions where the contribution percentage for Omanis only must be at least 60%
- The conditions outlined in Royal Decree No. 29/2018 and Ministerial Decision No. 292/2020 must apply
