Get a Visa to Join a Residential Unit Owner
An expatriate owner of a residential unit holding a property owner’s residence permit in the Sultanate of Oman may obtain a residence visa from the competent authority – without the need for a sponsor – for their foreign spouse and for their first-degree family members.

Special conditions
- The kinship must be of the first degree with the owner of the residential unit (the resident).
- Must not hold another valid visa to enter the Sultanate of Oman.
- Must hold a valid passport.
- A copy of the property registry.
- A letter from the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning.
- A letter from the relevant authority overseeing the property's location.
